Founded in 1998, VOI’s was formed on the principle of providing our clients with up-to-date, accurate information and analysis that they can use to make better strategic decisions in the exceedingly complex global pharmaceutical industry.

The company continues to build on its reputation as a trusted source for accurate and insightful analysis. VOI publishes numerous reports and books annually. This year will mark the sixth edition of our flagship publication, PharmaHandbook – "A Guide to the International Pharmaceutical Industry" -- in 40 of the world's largest markets, and is consistently viewed as a much-anticipated industry publication.

The name VOI -- for "Value of Insight" -- is a play on the statistical term "Value of Information," which describes the difference between expected outcomes in the absence of information and expected outcomes in the presence of information derived through applied research techniques, sound analysis and experienced judgment.

In 2008, the company relocated our office to South Florida from New Orleans.
